Bold and aerodynamic, the Fiesta ST is rally-bred through and through

With a powerful 2.0-litre Duratec petrol engine plus lowered and modified suspension,
disc-brakes all round, sports-tuned steering and close-ratio gearbox,
all riding on distinctive 17” 11-spoke alloys, this is performance Fiesta driving at its most exciting.
Fiesta ST is powered by a specially modified version of the 2.0-litre Duratec 16-valve engine as seen first in Mondeo
and more recently in all new Focus.
Developing 150 PS, Fiesta ST’s engine produces 5 PS more than the ‘standard’ unit at the same 6,000rpm.
This extra power comes thanks to a specially engineered low-loss intake system
– which apart from freeing up more power has also been tuned to give out just the right note.
Torque is up too, from 185 Nm to 190 Nm, with 90% of that pulling power available from a low-down 1350rpm.
The basic stats are impressive – 0-60mph in 7.9 seconds and a maximum speed of 129 mph make it the fastest road going Fiesta ever.
